Monthly scheduling sheets are due on the 1st of the month prior to the month of attendance. For example, July’s monthly scheduling sheet is due on June 1st.

1. Download the PDF calendar.

2. Fill out the scheduling sheet.

3. Turn in your schedule sheet to the front desk or send a scanned copy to kclemens@trilogystemacademy.org.

NOTE: Once your schedule is submitted, you cannot change any days. You may add days if there is availability, but you must pay for what you have down on your scheduling sheet for the month.
